20% markup on any/all custom signage and/or print advertisements

Ongoing management & maintenance services listed above are not included in this package
*One-time fee for any resident notice postings (including but not limited to three day notice to vacate, thirty day termination of tenancy notice, 24 hour notice of entry, etc.) and any Eviction Court Appearances on a client's behalf
